there is a significant awakening interest in the mysteries of existence,
there are also a staggering number of people who have no idea about
information beyond the general awareness of the world as represented to them
through the workplace, TV and the media. This creates a gulf in communication
often making those who wish to question more deeply, to be considered ‘unrealistic’
or ‘different’. So it can
take a bit of courage to go against the rest of the sheep, and do this! Yet it is also the right of every human being to be ‘different’ without
comment from you! It
is also the right of every human being to question more deeply about this
reality if they wish to. Frankly,
despite what TV programs and the cinema would have you believe, not everyone
merely accepts what the media or an
‘authority’ figure tells us
is the way it is. Ancient
spiritual knowledge suggests that this reality is an Illusion, a ‘Hologram’. It is real but is an Illusion, in the same
way as entering a Virtual Reality Domain and remaining there as if it really existed and as if you belonged there. In
fact, this is pretty much how the ancient
spiritual knowledge also explained the situation in which we humans find
ourselves. Their ancient descriptions were very similar to the television
series ‘Life on Mars’ which also shows us a variation of this
kind of situation. So the first thing
to remember in the quest for true ‘Awakening’ and
‘Enlightenment’ is to remember
the Illusion! The Illusion and the
levels of consciousness that run it, tell you many negative and self destructive
ways of behaving are okay, as if these or other really stupid choices are the ‘rights’ of ‘freedom of
choice’! But in the ‘True Reality’ beyond
the ‘Illusion’ – the place where you go to when you are no
longer in ‘the dream’ - it is a very different story. And the choices you have made while in the
Illusion do matter! Few
could fail to notice that since the latter half of the 20th
century there has been a growing interest in natural and alternative healing,
spirituality, and the anticipation of an event believed to take place between
the years 2000 and apparently the end of 2012. That event is connected to a new vision for
this world, and a ‘new Earth’ associated with the literal
awakening of the Planet as a living being known as Gaia. For such an immense change to occur there would
be a massive shift in consciousness caused by something that transcends all the negative and self-destructive ‘rights’
to ‘freedom of choice’ [given that the dominant choices on this
planet firmly center around self-interest, control, drugs, pornography and
violence.]. That
change is part of a Galactic Clock, known to scientists, but not known to the
general office worker completing the nightly audit at a tourist town resort,
or the local supermarket shop assistant and so on, because generally there is
no need for you to know. The changing timetable required a literal
shift in the energy dynamic of the literal planet. But if a ‘dark agenda’ preferred
to stay in charge, is it possible that such a shift in planetary electronics could
be blocked by the ‘misuse of technology’? Perhaps in a similar way that the Platonic
legends suggest there was a ‘misuse of technology’ in the ‘last
days of Atlantis’? There
is no doubt that there are forces within the Illusion whose job it is to see
that you remain in the Illusion. To do this they feed and support your ego, your ambitions, your vanities
and your addictions. There
are also forces whose job it is to
see that you can access knowledge that can help you find your Way Out of the Illusion. No
matter what is happening on this planet on the stage of life of ‘this
world, it is still an Illusion -
even if a good one or even a really great one! Everything within the Illusion
is still the Illusion as opposed to being the real thing, and the matter of addressing the Illusion itself remains. When
people begin to realize they are asleep, and have been fooling themselves
because they like their illusions
and addictions, they become aware of an inner emptiness and a sense of
‘something missing’. The search to find this missing
‘part of self’ that is ‘missing’,
is what motivates an awakening person to explore living more consciously and
to explore the mysteries of ‘spiritual practice’. At first they may think they are looking
for other things, but the truth is,
it is a need to fill the inner void.
